Made with Piemonte IGP hazelnuts and extra dark chocolate, these crunchy and delicate cantuccini  pair perfectly with sweet dessert wines, such as Aleatico, Port and Marsala

Candied Orange Rind Cantuccini

WHEAT flour, sugar, candied orange peel 26% (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), EGGS, butter (MILK), glucose syrup, natural orange flavouring, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate).

The generous aroma of candied orange, used to make these biscuits, is given by the slow and low-heat candying process of Washington Navel orange rind.

These biscuits can be enjoyed with a cup of barley coffee as well as with Passito di Pantelleria wine or aged rum.

Pistachio Nut and Walnut Cantuccini

A creative version and crunchy evolution of the classic almond cantuccini, with the addition of pistachio nuts and walnuts.

Green tea or traditional Vinsanto go well with this biscuit, which also makes an excellent match for aged grappa.

A crunchy and light texture for this biscuit made with roasted almonds and slivers of extra fine milk chocolate.

Good with coffee, fun with cappuccino.

Extra Dark Chocolate and Candied Orange Cantuccini

Extra dark chocolate blends perfectly with the orange’s fruitiness.

As these biscuits are very rich, they make a wonderful treat alone. Our pairing suggestion is a good cognac.
